1. What We Collect

When you use AdPrawn, we collect:

• Account information: Email address and name when you sign up via Google OAuth or email.
• Ad platform data: Campaign names, spend, impressions, clicks, conversions, and revenue from your connected Google Ads, Meta Ads, and TikTok Ads accounts. This data is pulled via official platform APIs using read-only OAuth tokens.
• Usage data: Pages visited, features used, and performance data to improve the product.
• Payment information: Processed by our payment provider (Polar.sh). We never see or store your card number.

2. How We Use Your Data

• To analyze your ad campaigns and provide optimization recommendations.
• To detect waste, anomalies, and opportunities across your connected platforms.
• To send you alerts via email and Slack (if configured).
• To generate weekly performance reports.
• To improve our AI models and product features.

3. Data Security

All connections to ad platforms use encrypted OAuth 2.0 tokens. Your credentials are never stored directly — we only store refresh tokens which are encrypted at rest. All data is transmitted over HTTPS. Our infrastructure is hosted on Vercel and Supabase with industry-standard security practices.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your data. We do not share your ad performance data with any third parties. Your data is used solely to provide AdPrawn's optimization services to you. We may share aggregated, anonymized benchmarks (e.g. “the average e-commerce account wastes 23% of spend”) but never individual account data.

5. Your Rights

• Disconnect: You can disconnect any ad platform at any time from Settings. We immediately stop pulling data.
• Delete: You can request full account deletion by emailing arjun@adprawn.com. We will delete all your data within 30 days.
• Export: You can request a copy of all data we hold about your organization.

6. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use tracking cookies or third-party analytics that follow you across the web.

7. Free Audit Tool

When you use our free audit tool at /audit, we request read-only access to analyze your ad accounts. No data from the free audit is stored permanently — the analysis is generated in real-time and discarded after your session.

8. Changes

We may update this policy from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email.
